Seller and scope

This website is operated by Treasium, LLC, a California business. These terms apply to your use of the site and to orders placed directly with Treasium. Purchases completed on Etsy are also subject to Etsy’s terms.

Products, inquiries, and orders

Product availability, descriptions, dimensions, and prices may be updated before an order is accepted. An inquiry does not reserve an item or create a binding sale. Direct checkout remains unavailable until Treasium completes its sales-tax registration and payment configuration. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown before a future direct purchase is submitted.

Natural materials can vary in color, grain, pattern, texture, and shape. These expected variations are part of the character of the product and are not defects. Product images may appear different across displays.

Shipping, returns, and cancellations

You may use this site only for lawful purposes. Site content, branding, photography, and design may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where applicable law permits. External services are governed by their own terms and availability.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California. These terms contain no mandatory arbitration provision and no class-action waiver. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
